If you are a Canadian citizen or a Mexican citizen with an engineering degree, you would be eligible to work on-site. If you’re not a Canadian citizen, we have a cross-border payroll and HR cross-boarder system and benefits, so you could be considered for remote opportunities.

Our clients are often open to P.Eng as the Canadian and the US codes have similarities. If you’re interested in obtaining a temporary license during your work in the US, it is possible and most clients don’t require PE licensing, but we can assist you.

The US has special agreements under the NAFTA agreement which enables Canadians and Mexicans under specific titles to work in the US without sponsorship.

If you have an Engineering degree you could be eligible to obtain a TN visa which is valid for 3 - 4 years, indefinitely renewable.

In the past we also worked extensively with SMBs, so the industrial field is an environment that we know very well.
